Due to the widespread impact of COVID-19, the US Department of Education granted Indiana a waiver from annual assessment and accountability requirements for the 2019-2020 school year. Student Growth

Student growth measures whether students are on target to become proficient, or maintain proficiency, of English/Language Arts and Mathematics academic standards within four years. Student Growth Percentiles (SGPs) are used to determine whether students are making adequate growth annually to meet these targets. SGPs describe a student's learning as compared to other students sharing the same performance history as the student, or the student's 'academic peers.' Only students with two consecutive assessment results who spend most of the school year enrolled in the school are included when reporting the growth of students. (Data source: 2018-2019 school year)
