Southwestern Consolidated School District of Shelby County proudly serves students and families residing in Hendricks, Jackson, and Washington Townships and also accepts students who live outside of the school district. Southwestern’s Spartans in preschool through twelfth grade receive data-driven, rigorous, differentiated instruction utilizing traditional learning and technology to meet the needs of all learners; and, 1:1 devices are provided for all grade levels. Spartans’ social and emotional health are supported through the Teacher Advisory Program which guides students to be college and career ready. Teachers and staff work collaboratively with families, community members, and businesses to expand students’ learning outside of the traditional four walls of a classroom. Spartan Nation is a strong and proud community dedicated to always putting students first. Whether it's on the athletic field or in the classroom, you can’t hide their Spartan pride!
